During Friday’s closing session, small-cap company Uniparts India Ltd. reported a market cap of 2,426.84 crores. Uniparts, an international manufacturer of engineered systems and solutions, is headquartered in India. The group, which operates across 8 locations in three countries and is a leading provider of systems and components for the off-highway sector, exports its products to over 25 countries.
Uniparts India Ltd continued to trade in the green for one more month and ended the week on a high note after noted investor Sunil Singhania picked up a fresh equity stake in the firm. As per the latest shareholding pattern of Uniparts India available on the exchanges, Sunil Singhania bought 1,013,770 shares. 54.6 Cr or 2.3% stake in Uniparts India during Q4FY23.
During the quarter ending December 2022, the company reported a net income of Rs. 337.82 crore on a consolidated basis, and its net expenditure stood at 262.38 crore during Q3FY23. Uniparts India said that its EBIT has reached 75.44 crore and its net profit was 56.31 crore during Q3FY23. Uniparts India’s EPS stood at 12.71 during the quarter ending December 2022. The company is yet to declare its Q4FY23 earnings.
Uniparts India shares closed on NSE on Friday 538.80 each level, up 0.05% from previous close 538.55. The stock has declined 0.16% in last 1 year and on YTD basis it has declined 5.56% so far in 2023. The stock has touched a 52-week high 612.30 (22-Feb-2023) and at a 52-week low on 501.15 (20-Mar-2023). During Q4FY23, the company recorded promoter holding at 65.79%, FII holding at 6.63%, DII holding at 10.90%, public holding at 15.10% and others at 1.57%.
Commenting on the technical outlook of the stock, AR Ramachandran, Co-Founder & Trainer-Tips2trades said, “Uniparts India is looking bearish on the daily charts with strong resistance at 552. 501-472 in the near term.”
