Sunil Singhania portfolio stock posts 16% PAT growth in Q4, Board recommends ₹7 per share dividend

Dynamatic Technologies is a small cap industrial company that recorded a market cap of 2,344.07 Cr during today’s closing session. High-end products are designed and manufactured by Dynamatic Technologies Limited for use in security, hydraulic, and aerospace applications.

The Board of Directors have “recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 7/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March 2023, subject to declaration of the same by members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company; such Dividend, if declared, will be paid within 30 days from the from the date of declaration to those members entitled thereto. Together with the interim dividend of Rs. 3/- per share declared by the Board on 10th August 2022, the total dividend for the financial year ended 31st March 2023 would be Rs.10/- per equity share,” said Dynamatic Technologies in a stock exchange filing.

The company has fixed 9th June 2023, as the record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the members for payment of dividend.

During Q4FY23, the company recorded consolidated revenue from operations of 367.88 Cr up by 14.64% YoY from Rs. 320.91 Cr in Q4FY22. Its net income reached 375.04 Cr during the quarter ended March 2023 as compared to 325.87 Cr during the quarter ended March 2022. Dynamatic Technologies said its net profit stood at 17.56 Cr during the quarter under review up by 16.91% YoY from 15.02 Cr recorded in the year-ago quarter.

The shares of Dynamatic Technologies closed today on the BSE at 3451.50 apiece down by 1.53% from the previous close of 3505.20. The stock touched a 52-week-high of 3,525.00 on (30/05/2023) and a 52-week-low of 1,668.60 on (20/06/2022). During Q4FY23, the company recorded promoters shareholding of 41.87%, FIIs stake of 16.76%, DIIs stake of 10.03% and public stake of 31.35%. As per the shareholding pattern of Dynamatic Technologies, ace investor Sunil Singhania recently bought fresh fully paid up equity shares of 192,228, or 0.2% stake in the company at a valuation of 67 Cr.
