Ingredients for Semolina Balls

Semolina – 1 bowl

Turmeric – 1 pinch

Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp.

Onion – 1

Capsicum – 1/2

Oil

salt – as per taste

Tomato Sauce – 2 tsp.

Soy sauce – 1 tsp.

Schezwan Chutney – 2 tsp.

Onion – 2

Capsicum – 1

Green chili – 2

Cornflour (Ararot) – 1 tsp.

Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp.

Garlic finely chopped – 5 cloves

Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp.

Oil

salt – as per taste

how to make it

First of all, finely chop onion and capsicum and prepare Manchurian balls. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the onions and capsicum on a low flame till they become soft. Next, add some turmeric, red chili powder and a pinch of salt to the mixture and cook for a few more minutes. Now add semolina to this mixture and fry it well till it turns golden brown. Add water as required and turn off the gas when the mixture is cooked. Make round balls from the mixture and fry till they turn golden brown.

To make gravy, heat oil in a pan and fry it by adding finely chopped onion, garlic, capsicum and green chillies. Add black pepper powder, red chili powder, sauce and chutney and mix well. Put cornflour (arrowroot) in water in a bowl and add it to the gravy. Let it cook, and then add the prepared dry manchurian balls. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Your delicious Suji Manchurian is ready to be served.
