“Before meeting the press, he (Reddy) should have verified whether Raj Bhavan has written a letter. Without verification, they want to bring down the pride of this office. So, I want to convey this to the press and the people of Telangana. wanted,” Ms. Sundararajan said.

The government talked about the protocol, it said and asked what action has been taken against the officials for violating such protocols during their visits to several districts.

Referring to reports of some student unions planning to hold protests outside the Raj Bhavan, he said the doors of the governor’s house are open opposite ‘Pragati Bhavan’ (the chief minister’s camp office-cum-official residence).

He said that students from several institutions had met him to express their grievances and that prompted these student unions to agitate if they were not stopped from meeting him.

Relations between the Raj Bhavan and the TRS government have not been on good terms for some time now and Ms. Sundararajan had earlier also complained of non-compliance of protocol during her visits to the districts.
