Swiggy agent sent ‘miss you’ message to the woman, the company replied

The Twitter user claimed that he took the matter forward but Swiggy’s customer service team did not respond adequately to him.

“Please don’t take the harassment allowed by your app lightly,” she urged the food and grocery delivery company, noting that agents are aware of their customers’ addresses, creating a potentially dangerous situation.
