Sylvester Stallone turns 76: Hollywood actor’s Bollywood connections with Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff

Actor Sylvester Stallone has taken the Hollywood action genre to a whole new level. Rambo to Creed, the Hollywood star has played many unconventional roles in a career spanning five decades. Appearance in Kambakkht Ishq

Sylvester Stallone made his Bollywood debut in the 2009 romantic comedy film Kambakkht Ishq opposite Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor. The star, known for his handsome hunk persona, made a stellar cameo entry in the Sabbir Khan directorial.

It so happens that lead actress Kareena Kapoor is harassed by a group of goons when Stallone comes inside to save the day. After a heated fight with the goons, he saves Kareena Kapoor safely leaving him completely beaten up. The scene ends with Stallone taking the name of the film.

Sylvester Stallone promoting Salman Khan’s film

Stallone not only knows who Salman Khan is, but he also considers him an exceptional actor. Just before the release of Khan’s action film Race 3, the Hollywood star took to social media to promote the film and praised the Indian superstar.

Maintaining his outspoken personality, Stallone even cracked a joke while captioning his Instagram post.

He said, “Okay everyone try it again, best of luck to the very talented Salman Khan for his upcoming new film Race 3! (If it’s wrong I give up!) LOL”.

Note for Tiger Shroff

Actor Tiger Shroff is all set to star in the Bollywood remake of Stallone’s iconic action film Rambo. The same was officially announced by the Heropanti star years ago. When the announcement caught Stallone’s attention he took to Instagram to congratulate Shroff in his own way.

He added, “Read recently they are making a remake of Rambo in India!!.. Great character.. Hope they don’t ruin it.”
