Tahira Kashyap’s ‘serious question’ about workout and eating will leave you in splits

Tahira Kashyap to many hats — writer, filmmaker, mother of two, and our favorite — is a thriving food influencer. From revealing her childhood love for food to using desi fenugreek for parathas, Tahira is setting food cravings for many of us. The shameless eater she is, talked about food cravings and workouts for all of us in her most recent post. If you’ve ever exercised to lose weight but found yourself over-stuffed after a workout, Tahira’s ‘very serious’ question will make you want to admit it.

‘Very serious question. How come you no longer eat after working out?? Like what? how? I mean huh? Trying to get there but hunger isn’t helping, any tips?’ The actor wrote and we just want to say that didn’t we all go there, did we? We hope Tahira has got her answer and from now onwards she will find it much easier to handle her food craving. On the work front, Tahira’s career is full of new projects – her fifth book ‘7 Sins of Being a Mother’ is due out soon.
