Tajinder Bagga to CNN-News18: Kejriwal thinks he is older than Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar, acted out of fear, couldn’t sleep at night

Bagga, the national secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM), was arrested in Mohali last month in connection with a case registered against him.

Hours after a Mohali court last month issued an arrest warrant in connection with a case registered against him by the Punjab Police, Bagga moved the high court challenging it. Justice Anoop Chitkara immediately heard Bagga’s plea at his residence just before midnight. On the High Court order, Bagga’s lawyer Chetan Mittal said, “No coercive step has been taken till May 10.”

Blame

The BJP has accused the Punjab Police of “kidnapping” its leader, who has been vocal in its criticism of Kejriwal, and accused the AAP chief of pursuing vengeance through the state police.

The AAP, however, dismissed the allegation and said that Bagga was arrested for allegedly inciting communal tension in Punjab.

Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia tweeted in Hindi, ‘The entire BJP and its governments are engaged in saving one of their goons who spoke against brotherhood and incited riots in Punjab.

Though AAP’s chief spokesperson Saurabh Bhardwaj referred to the April 29 clashes in Patiala, the Punjab Police had said that it arrested the Delhi BJP leader from his residence in the capital on April 1 in connection with a case registered in Mohali. Was.
