Taliban say attackers target minivan in Afghanistan, 7 killed – Times of India

ISLAMABAD: At least seven civilians were killed and nine others injured when a bomb mounted on a packed minivan exploded in Afghanistan’s western Herat province on Saturday.
No one immediately claimed responsibility for the blast, but Islamic State has claimed credit for similar attacks on civilians and new attacks in the country. Taliban leader Elsewhere in the country since the group seized power on 15 August.
