Movie lovers are ready for a feast this Diwali with releases in multiple genres. From Bollywood In Tollywood, there is something for everyone. With festivals knocking on our doors, we have a piece of information for the movie-lovers sitting down South. Four Tamil films will be released in theaters and one OTT platform in the first week of November.

- The much awaited Tamil film release in Diwali 2021 is Superstar Rajinikanth starrer Annaatthe. The film is slated to release worldwide on November 4 as a Diwali gift for fans. Directed by Shiva, the film stars Khushboo, Meena, Nayanthara and Keerthy Suresh among others. The music is composed by D. Imman. It is a perfect blend of romance, action, drama and comedy.
- Another south star in the line is Suriya’s Jai Bheem, which is set to release on November 2 on the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video. Suriya will be seen in the role of a lawyer. The music of the film is given by Sean Roldan. The film stars Prakash Raj, Rao Ramesh, Rajisha Vijayan and Lijo Mol Jose in the lead roles. The film is directed by TJ Gyanvel.
- One of director Venkat Prabhu’s much-awaited upcoming projects Manadu, starring Silambarasan aka STR, will hit the theaters on November 4, this year, on the occasion of Diwali. Among others, the film stars Kalyani Priyadarshan as the lead. Meanwhile, SA Chandrashekhar, SJ Surya, Premgi Amren, Karunakaran will be seen in pivotal roles. The film is being produced by Suresh Kamchi under the banner of V House Productions.
- The anime directed by Anand Shankar stars Vishal in the lead role and will also release on November 4. The film is produced by S Vinod Kumar under Mini Studio. Apart from Vishal, the film also stars Mamta Mohandas and Prakash Raj. The technical team includes cinematographer RD Rajasekhar, composer S Thaman and editor Raymond Derrick Cresta.
- The makers of Arun Vijay and Kartik’s upcoming action-entertainer Wa Deal have decided to release it on November 4. The film is directed by Rathina Siva and produced by Feather Touch Entertainments and J.J. Supported in association with Satish Kumar’s JSK Film Corporation.
