Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin inaugurates ITI at Udumalpet

Chief Minister MK Stalin on Monday inaugurated an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) and hostel worth Rs 5.67 crore at Udumalpet in Tiruppur district through video conferencing.

During the function, Information and Publicity Minister MP Saminathan said that the government has focused more on skill development and employment generation. He also said that the state has improved its national level performance in the industrial sector due to the steps taken by the state government in the last one year. ,

Adi Dravidian Welfare Minister N. Kayalvizhi Selvaraj said that the government has organized job fairs with the help of private companies, benefiting lakhs of graduates. The government was also disbursing various loans and incentives for education and skill development.

Ministers handed over various welfare measures worth ₹33.24 lakh to the beneficiaries. He also distributed land leases of Rs 75.25 lakh to 208 people in the entire Adi Dravida Welfare Department of Adi Dravida Welfare Department at Dharapuram.
