This tandoori chaat is loaded with various ingredients and tons of spices that you will absolutely love to eat. Made from pineapple, paneer, apple and capsicum, potato and apple, this tandoori chaat is undoubtedly a new twist in your regular chaat recipes. Make this dish when you have a gathering at home or when you want to impress your family with your cooking skills! Mix it with some chutney for maximum indulgence.

First of all, take four pieces of pineapple, cheese, apple and capsicum, boiled potatoes and boiled apples. Next, chop up the ingredients: pineapple, cayenne pepper, yellow bell pepper, sweet potato and cheese. Repeat the sequence in convenient batches. Roast them in a medium hot tandoor or charcoal grill, or in a preheated oven for 3 minutes. Remove and keep aside.

Take it out in a bowl and mix salt, vinegar, red chilli powder, salt, pomegranate powder, chaat masala well and serve!
