When it comes to experimenting with food, hardly any other place surprises you as much as Delhi-NCR. Food in Delhi NCR has evolved to cater to almost everyone, who are looking for a quick bite, even those who love to party on the weekends. From the party places of South Delhi to the bustling streets of Gurugram, you can never run out of options. So, we recently visited Dhansu Cafe located in Ambience Mall Gurugram. And what we experienced there was nothing less than a culinary wonder on our taste buds.
Keeping the essence of the cuisine alive, Dhansu Café offers authentic cuisine along with some contemporary cuisine along with a modern style of cooking. Each dish on the menu delighted our taste buds. All the dishes were cooked to perfection, creating a harmony between taste and texture. Mushroom Chimichurri and Keema Pav with Spicy Garlic Chutney gave a good start to our meal and whetted our appetite. Believe me, Keema Pav (Vegetarian) and Mushroom Chimichurri are two such dishes for vegetarians which are no less than heaven in taste.
Then, we had the Oven Roasted Chicken BBQ with Biryani Rice and Coconut Chutney and the South Indian Style Kochi Prawn Curry which made us swoon. This wholesome meal was served with two pungent drinks- black magic and pineapple. The hearty taste of these drinks will surely touch your heart.
We ended the meal with Yaadon Ka Churma Tart and three different types of ice cream with very different tastes. While roti churma beautifully served our taste buds with its crunchy and exquisite texture, the homemade ice cream won our hearts not only with its creamy and unique flavours, but also with its super soft and luscious texture.
