Similarly, a picture of a strange milkshake made with Maggi noodles also left a bad taste for internet users. And now, Kulhad Pizza is Surat’s latest creation that has left the internet divided. Pizza is one dish that is never out of style. We’ve seen so many different recipes made with classic pizza flavors – be it Fusion Pizza Burger or Pizza Naan. However, this street-style kulhad pizza gave the Italian dish a desi twist.
Kulhad refers to a small cup made of clay, commonly used for serving tea or any Indian sweet like phirni. In this case, Kulhad is called a . was rebuilt with pizza filling.

The video of Kulhad Pizza was shared by Aamchi Mumbai on YouTube, where it has garnered over 2 million views. The unique street-style kulhad pizza was from Chaat Corner, a street food stall in the Adajan area of Surat, Gujarat. First, a pizza mix was prepared with small pieces of sweet corn, paneer, capsicum, tomato and Pizza crust. Then, a bowl was filled with this mixture, topped with pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese. This process was repeated after which the kulhad was placed in the microwave so that everything gets cooked.
Twitter users were divided over Street Style Kulhad Pizza. While some thought it was an interesting idea, others did not understand the need to make such a dish.
