Tecumseh Products Company, a global leader in commercial refrigeration, has expanded its TC Series compressor platform with the introduction of propane R-290 refrigerant for the Indian market. The product will be manufactured at the company’s Indian unit in Haryana.
New TC compressor models from 3cc to 8cc optimized for L/MBP [low/medium back pressure] applications and use of R-290 natural refrigerant, top company executives said.
Officials said these compressors are an ideal solution for refrigeration manufacturers looking for a sustainable solution with a low global warming potential.
“The new TC compressor model is designed to operate under voltage and high ambient conditions in India. Its compact size and quiet operation make it ideal for small to medium sized commercial refrigeration systems such as Makes an ideal solution for deep freezers and bottle coolers.
