Telangana Chief Minister KCR visited the temple, presented a check of 1 kg gold

Temple priests blessed KCR’s family members and offered ‘tirtha prasad’.

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao on Friday reviewed the development of the Yadadri temple with ministers and officials. He directed them to take necessary measures to make the construction related to the temple complex spectacular.

According to an official release, Mr Rao directed the Finance Department to immediately release Rs 43 crore for the development of Yadadri and said that the Revenue Department will hand over the 2,157 acres of land to the Yadagirigutta Temple Development Authority which will manage the land.

He suggested that the land should be used for the needs of the temple, police departments, fire stations, health, transport, parking and ancillary services related to the development of Yadadri.

Also, he ordered the officials to allot houses in the same land for the priests and staff of the Yadadri temple.

The Chief Minister ordered to develop ‘Nrasimha Abhyaranyam’ (Dense Forest) in 100 acres.

He further said that a grand ‘Kalyana Mandapam’ (Marriage Hall) would be constructed in 50 acres of land by the name of ‘Ammavaru’.

KCR, accompanied by his wife and other family members, went to the temple and was welcomed by the temple priests with a ‘Purnakumbh’ and the Chief Minister and his wife participated in a special worship of Lord Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy.

On behalf of KCR’s family, his grandson Himanshu presented silk clothes to the deity.
