Mahbubabad MLA has taken YS Sharmila into custody for an unnecessary comment

YPRTP (YSRTP) chief YS Sharmila has made objectionable remarks against the megastar of the transaction Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR). Sharmila said on Sunday that accounting is a superstition of India and its cerites are closed. Talking to the media in Mahabubabad, Sharmila said, “He (Telangana Chief Minister KCR) is a dictator, he is ruthless/tyrannical, there is no Indian constitution in administration, only equal constitution. There are beauties.” YS Sharmila has been taken into custody by the police on Sunday for allegedly making unnecessary remarks against Mahabubabad MLA and BRS leader Shankar Naik.

Police have taken them to Secunderabad to avoid any law and order problem in Mahabubabad. A case has been registered against Sharmila under section 504 of the Indian Penal Code (causing insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace) and section 3 (1) r of the SC/ST POA Act (SC/ST POA Act).
Addressing a gathering on Saturday, YS Sharmila hit out at the Mahabubabad MLA for not completing the wards and said, “You have not fulfilled what was done to the people. You have not completed your work.” That means you are impotent.” After this incident, the Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) staged a sit-in against Sharmila in the district. The protesters were venting their anger against the YSTRP chiefs on the road by raising “Sharmila go back” slogans and burning hoardings and flex parties.
