The actor took to social media to make the announcement and said that he contracted COVID-19 with mild symptoms despite taking all necessary precautions. In a post, Mahesh Babu said that he is in home quarantine and following proper medical guidance.
“All the people who came in contact with me are requested to get themselves tested. I urge everyone who does not get their vaccination done immediately, as it reduces the risk of severe symptoms and hospitalization. Please follow the COVID norms and stay safe. Can’t wait to be back,” read Mahesh Babu’s post.
