Thane: BJP to present ‘Black Book’ exposing irregularities and financial misappropriation in Trinamool Congress Thane News – Times of India

Thane: Unit of Thane BJP Plans to present a ‘Black Book’ exposing alleged irregularities financial misappropriation Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) BJP MLC and city president working for the last several decades niranjan davkhare said.
The move clearly appears to be an attempt to target the Shiv Sena and loosen its grip on the seat of corporation power.
It may be recalled that the Thane Corporation has been dominated by the Army for the last two decades and has single-handedly managed to regain its supremacy in the last tenure.
Local BJP leaders said the plan would follow the Pol Khol Sabha held in Mumbai, where the party claimed to have invited leaders to address areas and commit several wrongdoings in the municipal corporation there.
“There have been many mistakes in the functioning of the Thane Corporation and the city has paid the price. Even today, the city cannot boast of proper infrastructure facilities like good roads and uninterrupted water supply. There have been many financial irregularities and scams among others. Like Park, which we will publish in Kali Kitab,” Davkhare told the media.
MLA Sanjay Kelkar, also present, said that they would also organize an exhibition of the corporation’s alleged misdeeds during the tenure of Shiv Sena and appealed to residents to come forward and share their experiences. The leaders said the party is also planning to hold micro-level meetings in different parts of the city to break into Shiv Sena strongholds.
