Bharatanatyam is an Indian traditional dance form of Tamil Nadu. Hip-hop refers to a variety of street dance techniques performed largely to growl music.

Another video gained worldwide traction last month, showing a group of French dancers performing Bharatanatyam on “Snehithen Snehithen” – a song from the Tamil film Alaipayuthe.

Zika, a French dancer and Instagram influencer, picked up a remixed version of the song that circulated on the Internet and performed a traditional Indian dance performance with her friends.
