A small change of alphabet can change the meaning of a word and everyone has made this little mistake at some point in their life. While either texting or tweeting, typos are a common thing one can face. However, things get tricky when your written piece is published on a reputed platform, be it in a magazine or a newspaper.
A typo can turn into one of the most embarrassing mistakes anyone can make. A Twitter user who goes by the name Dori Jean recently noticed a typo in an ad for a rental apartment. Although the mistake could be called harmless, it turned out to be an instant dose of entertainment for his online followers. Everything was right in the printed ad which informed readers about an apartment that was for rent in the title. However, the details of the place stole the entire limelight.
In the description box, the owner of the place has described the type of apartment, the conditions required to be fulfilled and the availability dates. “Bedroom apartment. All utilities included. No poop. No smoking. Available July 1” read the printed ad. The minor negligence of the newspaper editor changed a condition from ‘no pets’ to ‘no poems’, giving it a whole new meaning.

Speaking as someone who struggles with boiling water on the stove, candles, and the like. ,

One user said that the ad became more catchy and hilarious with the typo, “I guess it shouldn’t be called a pet? But funny this way. Obviously, even more important than non-smokers.”
I assume itтАЩs supposed to say no pets? But funnier this way. More important than the no smokers, too, evidently.
