1) 10-12 white bread slices

2) Oil – 2 tbsp

3) Mustard seeds – 1/2 tbsp

4) Chana dal – 1 tbsp

5) Urad dal – 1 tbsp

6) Finely chopped onion

7) Curry leaves – 8-10

8) Green chili – 1 tbsp

9) Cashew – 8-12

10) Turmeric – 1/2 tbsp

11) Red chili powder – 1/2 tbsp

12) Black pepper powder – 1/2 tbsp

13) Tomatoes (finely chopped)

14) Water (2 tbsp)

15) Coriander leaves (finely chopped)

how to make bread analogy,

1. First of all cut the slices of bread into small cubes and keep them aside.

2. Heat some oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, chana dal and urad dal. Keep frying till it becomes light golden.

3. Add chopped onions, curry leaves and green chillies and mix well again. Add cashew nuts and fry well. After this add spices including turmeric, red chili powder and black pepper powder. Mix well.

4) Lastly add chopped tomatoes and cook them well. Lastly, add the bread cubes and mix them well with the spices prepared by you. Once done, serve bread poha with finely chopped coriander leaves.

For this, first prepare the filling. Heat some oil in a pan, and add chopped onions, and capsicum along with spices like red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, turmeric and salt. Add tomato puree, paneer and ginger garlic paste and cook for a few minutes. Keep the paneer gravy aside. Knead a dough using all purpose flour, salt, water and oil. Roll out the dough into sheets (round). Cook the flatbread, and spread some tangy green chutney on top. Assemble the paneer gravy and top it with onion slices, shredded processed paneer and mint leaves. Fold and wrap the kathi roll.
