Place the chicken breast and beat till it becomes thick. Cut the chicken breast into thick strips. Place chicken strips in a mixing bowl. Add salt, ginger, garlic and green chili paste and mix well, making sure the marinade gets coated well with the chicken pieces. Keep aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes.

To make oats crumbs, grind the oats into a thick thick mixture. Add flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and herbs. Mix chicken strips with this piece. Now fry it or bake it till it becomes crispy. Take them out in a plate and pour parmesan cheese on top. Then serve!
