To begin the recipe, we need to first make the soya chaap. For this, put refined flour and cooked soya chunks in a bowl. Mix them together. Add salt and water to knead the dough. Take a small portion of the dough and roll it out on a flat surface like a chapati. Take a container with boiling water and keep the soya chaap sticks for 10 minutes till its color changes slightly.

For the roll, in a bowl add all purpose flour, soybean oil, salt, sugar, a pinch of baking powder, warm milk and mix well and knead a soft dough. Let it sit for half an hour.
