material:

  • Semolina (rava) – 1 cup
  • Curd – 1 cup
  • Carrot (chopped) – 2 tbsp
  • Beans (chopped) – 1 tbsp
  • Green coriander (chopped) – 1/2 tbsp
  • Onion (chopped) – 1 tbsp
  • Tomato (chopped) – 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Water – 1/2 cup
  • Poha – 1/2 cup
  • water – 1 cup
  • Fruit salt – 1 tbsp

The quick way to prepare Rava Appe is as follows:

1) Take rava first and then curd in a bowl. Add chopped carrots, beans, coriander, onions and tomatoes. Add salt as per your taste and mix well.

2) Take poha and grind it to make powder. Involve him in the preparation. Add a cup of water to the mixture and add fruit salt As per the quantity mentioned. Mix well.

3) Now, use an appe pan. Grease the molds with a little oil first. Pour the batter into the mould. After some time turn the appe over and cook it well from all sides. Once done, serve hot with coconut chutney.

Heat desi ghee in a separate pan, add cumin seeds, chopped green chilies, finely chopped ginger, peas and let it cook. Add garam masala, black pepper powder and mix again. Add the poha and mix well with the spices. You can garnish it with lemon juice and coriander leaves.
