Chaheti, also known as @rootedinspice on Instagram, is an Indian food blogger based in the US who works at Google. Like most foodies, she prefers to cook at home in her spare time. Living far away from his native roots, Indian cooking is his hobby. However, the recipe she shares often represents the two cultures she is surrounded by, Indian and American. She loves to bring a desi twist to her daily recipes and teaches people how to make classic recipes.
