This private bank revises interest rates on fixed deposits and savings accounts

South Indian Bank FD Rates

The bank is now offering an interest rate of 2.65 per cent on fixed deposits maturing between 7 to 30 days and 3.25 per cent on fixed deposits maturing between 31 and 90 days. Fixed deposits with maturities between 91 and 180 days will now attract an interest rate of 4.25 per cent, while fixed deposits with maturities of 181 and less than one year will now pay 4.60 per cent. South Indian Bank will now offer 5.60% on deposits maturing in 1 year to less than 3 years and 5.75% on fixed deposits maturing in 3 years to less than 5 years. The bank is now offering an interest rate of 5.85% on fixed deposits ranging from 5 years to 10 years and on 5 years tax saving fixed deposits the bank offers an interest rate of 5.85%.

South Indian Bank Savings Account Rates

The bank will now offer an interest rate of 2.50 per cent per annum on the savings account balance and including 2.00 lakh, and above 2.75 percent p.a. interest rate on savings bank deposits 2.00 lakhs but at least 5.00 crores. South Indian Bank will now offer an interest rate of 4.20 per cent per annum on savings bank deposits of Rs. 5.00 crores and less than Rs. 100.00 crores, while the bank will offer a maximum interest rate of 4.75 per cent per annum on savings account balance of Rs. 100.00 crores and above.
