The company said in a regulatory filing that its board of directors approved the “recommendation of dividend of Rs. 5/- per equity share. 2 each (250%) for the financial year 2021-22. The dividend, if approved by the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), shall be paid/remitted (subject to deduction of tax at source) after the AGM and within 30 days of its declaration.

On 3 August, the Board of Directors informed the stock exchanges stating that “The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, September 10, 2022 to Friday, September 16, 2022 (both days inclusive).” Determination of shareholders eligible for payment of Dividend, if approved by the members of the Company at the ensuing AGM, shall be made in the manner permitted by the Company to those shareholders or their orders within the stipulated time frame on or after Saturday, September 17, 2022.
