In this recipe of Chilli Chicken Masala, the chicken pieces are first marinated in a mixture of spices so that the raw chicken absorbs some of the flavour. First of all, grind coriander, ginger, garlic, curry leaves, cumin, black pepper and green chilies and oil together and marinate them on the chicken pieces. Heat oil in a pan, add onion paste to the pan and fry it till the raw smell of onion goes away. When it turns brown, add marinated chicken to it and cook on low flame till the chicken is cooked. When the chicken is cooked, add salt and cook for two minutes. Once done, serve it in a bowl and enjoy!
