Component:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup capsicum, chopped
  • 1/4 cup paneer, grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method:

  1. Take a baking sheet or parchment paper and line the inside of the air fryer tray. Drizzle a little olive oil on the sheet.
  2. break open six eggs directly on the sheet. Add vegetables of your choice like broccoli, red capsicum, capsicum or any other you like.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, if necessary. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and keep aside.
  4. Cook it in an air fryer at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes. serve hot!
