Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama made his first public appearance since the outbreak of the pandemic. They have resumed offline teaching after a gap of two years. Their teaching sessions will be open to all but attendees will have to follow the COVID protocol. All his public events were canceled in early 2020 due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
