‘Time to build a more inclusive world’: Harsh Goenka shares touching message

As per a recent post shared by the Chairman of RPG Enterprises, the time has come for everyone in the world to be more equal Harsh Goenka.

Goenka shared a heartwarming story about disability on Twitter.

“The boy with Asperger’s syndrome kept all the dirty products neatly,” he said, adding a few pictures of the boy in what looked like a supermarket.

“His mother wrote – ‘Companies hire autistic people. They will have employees who will not stop until the task is done.’ Disability sometimes means ability!” she added.

Goenka further said that it is time to create a better and more inclusive world for all.

Responding to this, Indian cricket commentator Harsha Bhogle wrote: “I have heard some lovely stories on this from @VRFerose and their #IndiaInclusionSummit is an eye opener.”

Goenka’s other followers also had their inputs from messages on the subject.

“This-ability! Same in all respects. Sir (sic) has to be done top to bottom,” wrote one Twitter user.

“Excellent example sir! We all need to look around and find the right fit instead of trying to fit people into a role or coercing them and then rejecting them,” said another person.

“They are differently abled. A spectrum common people don’t care about is often neglected or misread,” replied a follower of Goenka.
