Times Pro has launched Executive Program in Strategy and Leadership In association with Indian Institute of Management Kashipur, to provide learners with skills for making managerial decisions for effective execution of strategic plans and to develop new concepts to drive organizational entrepreneurship and innovation.
12 months Executive Program in Strategy and Leadership Will build competencies among executives for next generation roles where they learn the managerial and strategic skills needed to develop effective leadership. The program inculcates the ability to make better and faster managerial decisions from four disciplines – Strategic Management, Communication, Human Resource and Organizational Behavior, and Economics.

Executive Program in Strategy and Leadership Will be conducted through TimesPro’s state-of-the-art Interactive Learning (IL) platform and delivered in Direct-to-Device (D2D) mode and includes three-day campus-immersive sessions for learners. It follows a proven pedagogy that includes classroom exercises, presentations, take-home exercises, simulations and case studies.
This program will help learners enhance their skills by learning topics such as strategic thinking, corporate strategy, strategy execution, strategy execution, and leading design of organizations, and includes a capstone project.
