Actor Tom Hanks to narrate wildlife series America Which will be his first unscripted entertainment series.
According to deadline, America, an epic natural history series, was first planned three years earlier by then-NBC boss Paul Telegedi. The Wildlife series will now release on the network next year as part of its midseason schedule.
The series’ music is developed by two-time Academy Award-winning film score composer Hans Zimmer. The series will use revolutionary filmmaking techniques to showcase the wonders, secrets and fragility of the Americas – Earth’s largest landmass and the only one spanning both poles – and reveal extraordinary, untold wildlife stories that have resonated with millions of people around the world.
