According to MMA journalist Mike Bohn, Tony’s CT scan came negative and he was discharged.

“UFC officials told us the CT scan for Tony Ferguson was negative and he has been discharged from a local hospital in Phoenix. #UFC274”, read Bohn’s tweet.

In a blockbuster match, Chandler flat-lined Ferguson with a picture-perfect front kick. Chandler’s vicious kick briefly disfigured Ferguson.

As a result, Chandler celebrated wildly after his cold-blooded kick sent the Gila River Arena into pandemic state. With a comprehensive victory, Chandler broke a two-match losing streak.

Tony Ferguson, on the other hand, suffered a humiliating defeat when he returned to the Octagon after almost a year. Significantly, this is the fourth consecutive defeat of the seventh-ranked lightweight fighter.

However, Tony Ferguson has vowed to return despite suffering a brutal stoppage loss at the hands of Michael Chandler at UFC 274.

Ferguson has issued a statement on his Instagram following his loss at UFC 274. Ferguson wrote, “Congratulations Michael Chandler on his win at UFC 274. So much fun out there, you fans are f****** wild! I love it***! Nice to be back and again We’re just getting started. Best of luck to your next fight champion. For the love of the game. -CSO-.”

UFC President Dana White was impressed by Michael Chandler’s knockout win.

“The smartest knockout I’ve ever seen,” White told a post-fight press conference.

“Tony looked great until he got caught. And you know in this game anyone can get caught with anything”, White continued.
