Google Pixel 7 launch date announced

Google’s next-generation Pixel smartphone, the Pixel 7 series, will be launched on October 6, the company has confirmed. Google confirmed the hardware event last night on September 6, just a day before Apple’s ‘Far Out’ event for the iPhone 14 series.

Google has also confirmed that along with the Pixel 7 series, it will also launch Google’s much-awaited smartwatch, the Pixel Watch. The Google Pixel 7 series will be powered by Google’s second generation Tensor chip which the company is calling the “Tensor G2″ chip”. Google Tensor chips debuted with the Google Pixel 6 series last year, and the first generation of the chipset has received a positive response. With Tensor G2, Google is said to make things even better.

Netflix ad-tier plan may roll out on November 1

According to a new report this week, the Netflix ad-tier plan could be introduced as early as November 1. It looks like the popular streaming platform has opted for the new timeline before Disney+ brings its ad-level plan to market.

Netflix talked about plans to launch an ad-supported plan sometime in 2023, but the schedule has been tweaked to compete with Disney, which will now be available on December 8 in the US for $7.99 (about $639). is bringing its ad-supported plan starting at Rs. Netflix clarified that it is initially targeting only certain markets, with significant ad spend in countries such as the US, UK, Canada, France and Germany.
