Rituparna Sengupta’s worst nightmare came true when she could not board her flight even after reaching Kolkata airport early. The boarding time was at 04.44 am and the actress arrived at 05.12 am. Then, for 40 minutes she requested the airline staff to let her board the plane, but they ignored her, as a result, Rituparna missed the flight. The actress was supposed to reach Ahmedabad for her shooting schedule but this incident spoiled her entire plan.
Recounting her ordeal, Rituparna said, “Looking at the timing of Ahmedabad flight 6E 271, I had to board at gate number 19 at 4.55 am. I reached between 5.10 am to 5.12 am and was told that the boarding gate was closed for a long time. .Back. I am an avid traveler on this airline and have flown at least 7 to 8 times over the past few days and often tweet and take pictures with the staff, who have always requested for snaps.”
“Today, to my dismay and through no fault of my own, I was barred from boarding the flight, which was an additional emergency for me as I am bound to reach on time on my shooting schedule at Muli, which is 3 from Ahmedabad.
