The FBI raid on Donald Trump’s Florida residence was partly based on suspicions of US Espionage Act violations related to the illegal retention of sensitive defense documents, a warrant showed on Friday.

The warrant and related material, sealed by a Florida judge, showed the agents took important documents labeled “top secret” with them.
