Candidates, who have applied for the first round of admission, can check and download their provisional allotment order through candidate login by entering ROC Form Number, TSPOLYCET Hall Ticket Number, Password and Date of Birth in the candidate login – https: //tspolycet.nic.in.
Students may please note that the fee payment and self-reporting from the website should be made and completed by 31st July, 2022. After this, the window will be closed.
Fees can be paid and self-reporting through the website till July 31, 2022, after which the window will be closed by the department. The fee can be paid through self-report in the provisional allotment order through online (net banking/ credit card/ debit card) and through online system in the login of the candidates. Candidates are advised to note down the admission number and take a printout to confirm the provisionally allotted seat.
Candidates will have to report to the allotted college after the last stage of counseling and submit one set of Xerox copies of certificates and original Transfer Certificate (TC).
If the candidate does not pay the prescribed fee within the stipulated time, the provisionally allotted seat stands automatically canceled and he/she will have no claim on the provisionally allotted seat.
Procedure for cancellation of provisional allotment
After the first stage, if the candidate cancels the admission through online after payment of tuition fee and exercise option if any at subsequent stages, the tuition fee paid earlier will be considered for subsequent allotment of seat. and forfeiture of amount will be applicable as mentioned below. ,
* If the candidate cancels his/her admission the fee paid as given below will be forfeited:
*No Forfeiture – After 1st Stage on or before the notified cutoff date for cancellation before the start of the last stage.
* 50% Forfeiture – Notified for cancellation after the last phase allotment date and before the cutoff date.
* 100% Forfeiture – After the notified cutoff date for cancellation at the last stage of allotment.

Candidates, who have not participated earlier and are eligible, can apply for the final stage of TS POLYCET counselling. The candidates who have participated in the 1st round counseling can exercise the options for the remaining seats by using their old password, login ID.
The last phase of registration will be from 1st to 3rd August, 2022 and the seat allotment result will be released on 6th August, 2022.
Who can exercise the options in the last step?
*Candidates who have secured seats but are not willing to join.
*Those who have not yet secured the seat but have got their certificates verified.
*Those who have not yet exercised the options but have got their certificates verified.
* Those who have secured a seat, self-reported and are interested in a better option.
* NCC and Sports category candidates whose certificates were submitted and verified during the first round of counseling will have to exercise the options at the last stage for considering their candidature for NCC and sports category seats.
*And any other eligible candidate.
