TVS Motorcycles, the domestic two wheeler manufacturer is all set to launch its latest offering TVS Ronin in the Indian market in a matter of days. Ahead of its launch, pictures of the TVS Ronin have surfaced online, revealing the design of the bike. The Instagram post by sss.dzns also reveals other details such as the expected prices of the upcoming motorcycles. However, whether the information is correct or not can be confirmed only after the product is launched in India. Here’s what TVS Ronin is up to:

TVS Ronin: Expected Price

According to the Instagram handle that leaked pictures of TVS Ronin, the upcoming 125cc motorcycle is expected to be priced around Rs 1.49 lakh (ex-showroom). However, judging by the size of the engine, the information does not seem so authentic. Other reports also suggest that the bike will be powered by a 225cc engine, justifying the price tag.

TVS Ronin: Design

As per the leaked images, the TVS Ronin gets a scrambler style design with elements of a cafe racer motorcycle. The bike can be seen with round headlight, teardrop-shaped fuel tank, flat side panels and brown, single-piece seat. There is a tubular grab-rail at the rear and a tail-light under the seat. The bike comes with dual-tone paint, blacked-out engine and a large belly pan at the bottom. There is a large side slung exhaust with silver colored ends.

While the leaked report states that the TVS Ronin will be powered by a 125 cc engine from the Radeon, other reports suggest that the bike will get at least a 225-cc engine from Apache. There is also a gold colored inverted USD fork at the front and a monoshock at the rear.

TVS Ronin: Features

As can be seen in the pictures, the bike runs on multi-spoke alloy wheels with dual-purpose tyres. Braking duty is done by disc brakes at both the ends, possibly with dual-channel ABS. The bike gets a round instrument cluster and is likely to feature TVS Smart Xonnect Bluetooth connectivity system that will display incoming calls, SMS, email alerts and turn-by-turn navigation.
