Twitter is testing this new feature for iPhone users – Times of India

Twitter has announced that it has begun testing a new feature for iPhone the user. The “Quote Tweet with reaction” feature lets users retweet a post and add their own video reaction to it using the camera. The new feature was revealed by the company through a Twitter post. Tweet reaction videos can now start on Twitter! Tested on iOS: When you tap the Retweet icon, select “Quote Tweet with response” to create and customize your own Tweet take—a reaction video (or photo). read the tweet.
Since this feature is still in the testing phase, it is only available for a few iOS users right now, but it is expected that the feature will be available to more users in the coming weeks. Twitter has also shared a screenshot showing how the feature will work. Once the new feature is enabled, you will be able to see a new quote tweet with a response button when you press on the retweet icon. The New button will open the camera by which you can record a reaction video that you want to share with the post. The length of time a user can watch the video, quoting a tweet, is yet unknown, but various reports suggest that it is very similar to regular videos on the platform.
Last month, the micro-blogging platform also released automatic captions for videos available globally. This feature is available for all users but it is limited to new videos only. This means that videos shared on the platform before the release of the feature will not have automatic captions. The company also recently announced that the option to record Space is now available for some hosts on iOS and Android, but the option to listen to a recording of Space is available to all users.
