The company reported total two-wheeler sales at 3,41,513 units in October 2021, a decline of 10.6 per cent from 3,41,513 units in October 2020. Two-wheeler sales in the domestic market declined by 14 per cent from 3,01380 units last year. 2,58,777 units in October 2020 to October 2021. TVS expects retail sales to improve significantly in the coming months as pandemic restrictions are eased in the festive season.

The company’s scooter sales in October 2021 registered 113,124 units as against 127,138 units sold in October 2020. Two-wheeler exports registered a growth of 3 per cent with 82,736 units sold in October 2021 as against 80,741 units sold in October 2020. The company’s three-wheeler sales in October 2021 registered a growth of 7 per cent with 13,520 units. 12,603 units were sold in October 2020.
