On Sunday, two youths went missing in the sea away from the coast of Appu Ghar.
According to reports, around 15 people from two families of fishermen community boarded a boat from Appu’s house and went into the water.
After going some distance, two youths, Anil (23) and Praveen (21), allegedly entered the water for a swim. According to the police, both had gone missing due to high tide. Even after a lot of searching by the relatives, there was no trace of them.
Anil is married in both.
MVP police have registered a case and have deployed swimmers to search for the missing youth.
