Sudeva Delhi U-17 team (IANS)
Chennaiyin FC’s U-17 team beat Muthoot FC 3-0 while Sudeva beat Zinc FA 2-1 to enter the semi-finals.
Sudeva Delhi FC and Chennaiyin FC stormed into the semi-finals of the Under-17 Youth Cup after defeating Zinc Football Academy and Muthoot Football Academy respectively at the Deccan Arena here on Thursday.
With the quarter-final stage now over, the semi-finals are set to begin on Friday when Himalayan FC will take on Kinnaur Classic Football Academy.
The other semi-final will be played between Sudeva Delhi FC and Chennaiyin FC on Saturday. Both the matches will be played at Deccan Arena.

Sudeva Delhi FC vs Zinc FA (2-1)
It was a close contest between Sudeva Delhi and Zinc FA as Sudeva Delhi took the lead in the 14th minute through Laltinlen Haokip. While Zinc came back and drew level a minute after the hour mark through substitute Mohammad Kaif, a late penalty put them in.
Sudeva forward Ramesh Chhetri converted a penalty in the 82nd minute to book a place in the semi-finals.
Chennaiyin FC vs Muthoot FA (3-0)
In a clash between two sides from the southern end of the country, Chennaiyin pulled off a resounding victory against Muthoot FA. Forward Makkamayum Daniyal gave his team the lead with a goal in the first half injury time.
Captain Prakadeswaran S doubled the lead in the 65th minute, before substitute Lalathapuaia sealed a 3–0 win in extra time.
