Russian private military firm wagner Responsibility is likely to be allocated to specific areas of the front line in the eastern Ukrainepossibly as Russia Combat infantry, Britain faces severe shortage Ministry of Defence said in an intelligence update on Friday.
Britain said in a regular intelligence bulletin on Twitter, “This marks a significant change from the group’s previous employment since 2015, when it operates a generally open, largely separate mission from regular Russian military activity.”
It also said that Wagner’s forces are unlikely to be sufficient to make a significant difference in the trajectory of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
