Ukraine vows to “kick out” Russia after Putin’s address

“Our goal is to drive them out of Ukraine and punish them for everything.”

Kiev today vowed to “kick out” and “punish” Russia, shortly after President Vladimir Putin addressed the country.

“They are at an impasse strategically,” Andrey Yermak, Ukraine’s president’s chief of staff, said on a telegram shortly after Putin finished his speech. “Our goal is to drive them out of Ukraine and punish them for everything.”
