Ulhasnagar : Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation (UMC) has started filling the potholes and stretches damaged due to heavy rains across the city.

UMC Standing Committee Chairman Deepak (Tony) Sirwani said, “This year we have given a tender of Rs 6.5 crore for pothole filling work and we have set a deadline to make the roads pothole free in the city before the Diwali festival. Is.”
Social workers and citizens expressed their dismay over the condition of the roads. He urged the municipal administration to repair the potholes on an urgent basis.
“Schools and colleges have started and students are facing problems due to potholes in the city. So, we want the UMC administration to expedite the work and improve the roads,” said Ulhasnagar professor Lal Tanwani.
