UN revokes travel privileges of two Taliban education officials – Henry Club

United Nations: The United Nations on Monday banned the travel of two Taliban officials in response to heavy sanctions imposed on Afghan women, diplomats told AFP.
The travel exemption allowing 15 Taliban officials to go abroad for talks was due to expire on Monday.
For thirteen officers, travel exemptions were extended for at least two months, but for two education officers they were removed because the Taliban curtailed girls’ and women’s access to schools.
