UP Board half yearly practical exam date released, UPMSP issued guidelines to exam centers

Before the Uttar Pradesh Class 10 and Class 12 Board 2022 Exams, Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (UPMP) Guidelines have been issued to the examination centers. UPMP has also released the dates for half yearly practical exam on Wednesday.

The board has directed the government aided schools to submit the details of physical resources like school infrastructure on the UPMSP portal. The last date to do so is November 27.

The school principals and management will have to upload the information about the facilities provided in the schools. UPMSP High School and Intermediate Exam 2022 is going to be held by the end of March 2022.

As per the official statement, the exam centers of UP Board Class 10 and Class 12 Exam 2022 will be allotted online through computerized process. As per the guidelines the examination centers should be easily accessible and well connected to the main road with a width of at least 10 feet.

Separate washrooms for girls and boys should be available at each examination center along with drinking water facility. Desktop, fire extinguisher and sand bucket is also mandatory along with two computer operators in the school premises.

The committee constituted by DIOS has also been directed to share the distance between schools through Geo Location mobile app from school premises by December 2.

The information uploaded by the schools will be verified by the DIOS by December 9 and then updated on the website of the Board by December 15. The registration for the UPMSP Board Exam 2022 has already been closed and more than 51 lakh students have registered. Out of the total, around 27.7 lakh students will appear for class 12 exam, while 23.42 lakh will appear for class 10.

This year the board has also directed the schools to upload the marks of class 9 to 12 half yearly examinations online on the official website by December 2021. This will be the first time that the schools will upload the UP Board Class 10 and Class 10th Result. 12 Half Yearly Exam Marks Online.

This year the half yearly examinations for class 9 to 12 have already been conducted from November 11-15. Meanwhile, a new notification for the practice tests for the half yearly examinations has also been released on Wednesday. The particles will be conducted in the third week of November and the masks should be uploaded on the official website for the half yearly examinations by the third week of December.

Around 30 percent marks of the question paper i.e. the first part of 20 marks will be based on multiple choice questions. Candidates will have to answer this on the OMR sheet. Under the National Education Policy 2020, now the second part of the question paper of 70 marks (approximately 70 percent or 50 marks) will be a descriptive question, which will be answered on conventional answer sheets as per the existing system. The main objective behind this is to make the students practice taking the exam on the OMR sheet.
