Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Saturday campaigned door-to-door in Kairana, UP, ahead of the assembly elections in the state. Interacting with the public and addressing the media, he said, “A new wave of development can be seen across the state. Many roads, airports, medical colleges have been built. Every poor household now has gas connection, toilets, etc. Electricity is Ayushman Bharat. Scheme card, free vaccines and free ration during the corona pandemic”.

Amit Shah also interacted with people who had left Kairana in 2014 but are now back in the city. Kairana is a municipal board and a town in Shamli district of UP.

After campaigning from door to door, he interacted with the media and praised the Chief Minister. Yogi Adityanathand PM Modi. He claimed that the people of Kairana were happy with the way Yogi improved the law and order situation in UP. “All the schemes of Modi ji have been implemented by CM Yogi Adityanath till the ground level. This is the same Kairana from where people were migrating earlier. Today when I am here, he said that CM Yogi has improved the law and order situation. has done.”

During his visit to Kairana, Amit Shah also said that UP is on its way to become the ‘most developed state’ in India.

Shah is also scheduled to visit Sadhu Sweets, a 70-year-old shop located in Kairana’s Mohalla Gumbad. Here he will meet sweet shop owner Rakesh Garg, who had to flee Kairana along with his family in 2014 due to fear of miscreants, after which he will meet several other families who have migrated from Kairana.
